Dial-up Services

Service Intro

This service makes use of VPDN (Virtual Private Dialup Network) to provide our faculty and staff a non-fixed point mobile method to connect to NTU campus networks through the use of a regular telephone, for the purposes of accessing University network.

Service Targets

All faculty, staff, and students.

Explanation

Our faculty and students can use a regular phone to access NTU campus networks no matter where he or she is in Taiwan (including Taiwan, Penhu, Kinmen and Matsu).

In Matsu please dial 45678.
In Miaoli County, Nantou County, Tai-tung County please dial 415678.
In other areas please dial 4125678.

The user’s account number and password must be identical with his/her email account and password registered at C&INC, and these two will have to be verified by the Radius server at the school, to ensure internet safety.
