NTU campus network help system

In order to ensure the smoothest possible internet usage, C&INC has established a help system for the campus network. When users encounter a problem, they can find a local network administrator through the information of the help system to help solve the problem immediately. If he is unable to solve the problem, users can use the help system to notify C&INC of the problem, and C&INC will send additional help.
