Mail backup - Outlook setup rules

There are three different methods to backup NTU mails: Gmail backup, Outlook setup rules, and Outlook archive backup. For more details please refer to the following link: http://homepage.ntu.edu.tw/~nickyyang/mail2.0/usage-Exchange.html.
Here we provide the instructions for Outlook setup rules.
Outlook setup rules:
- Prepare a backup mail directory as a reserve mailbox(ex. Hotmail, Gmail)
- Create new rules in [Email rules] and assign the backup destination mail directory.
- Check [perform the rule to the mails in Inbox], will backup all the mails you ever received. And the mails are backuped to the assigned directory.
Pro: Backup to another account, when lost or deleted accidentally, the mails in Gmail remain uninfluenced.
Con: Can’t backup personal folder, only Inbox.
