NTUVDI Service Upgrade and only allow access from campus IP address

In order to improve service quality, C&INC center has upgraded all NTU cloud virtual desktop service(NTUVDI) in 2023. In addition, in order to comply with the National Information Security Law, NTUVDI restricts access to only on-campus network locations. Users in non-campus network environment need to use NTU SSL VPN service to log in.
