NTU Campus Copilot

NTU Computer and Information Networking Center has built a multi-agent virtual service platform (“NTU Campus Copilot”) on Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, giving faculty and students round-the-clock, source-backed access to campus information. An NTU M365 account from the Center is required before first use.
1. Integration with existing systems. It connects seamlessly with Microsoft 365 and on-campus systems and returns answers with trusted sources, reducing information gaps and staff workload.
2. Diverse services, instant replies. From myNTU help, epaper, software and account support to e-learning courses and VMS rental, users get self-service, real-time help anytime.
